We're pleased to share a major milestone for NanoNest: our modular homes are US Certified, the result of more than a year of independent engineering review. It marks a new chapter in our mission to make safe, affordable, and disaster-resistant housing accessible to communities across the United States.

US Certified status means NanoNest homes meet rigorous national standards for structural performance. For residents, regulators, and local leaders, that brings peace of mind: each NanoNest unit is built to withstand demanding conditions while providing comfort and security. It also opens the door to traditional 30-year mortgage financing, which most modular products cannot access.

The urgency for secure and affordable housing has never been greater, particularly for communities recovering from natural disasters. Our certification supports rapid deployment, so families in need can access high-quality, compliant homes without delay.

Proven Impact in Disaster Relief

Our path to certification was driven by real-world impact. Following the wildfires in Lahaina, Maui, NanoNest delivered homes to displaced residents, providing immediate shelter during a time of crisis. Across our deployments to date we have delivered +350 units and housed +1,000 people. We saw firsthand how quickly-deployed, resilient housing helps communities rebuild and recover.
